GETTING STARTED:

THE INITIAL PHONE CALL:

Please allot at least 10-15 minutes for a short phone interview where we will address the following:

Think about why you are seeking help at this time and what help, if you know, you would appreciate.

Think about what range of times you have available on a fairly consistently basis.  Please offer times/days that would work best for you even if not currently listed as available.  You have impact on the opening of new days.

Have credit/debit card available.  Payment will be due at the time of call to schedule the first session. This is non-refundable.

THE INITIAL SESSION:

The first session meeting is an opportunity for us to meet and see if we are a good fit.  This is an opportunity to ask any questions you might have to feel comfortable with the process, to feel what it feels like to be in the room with me, and a time for me to ask you a bit more about what your journey and how I can be of support.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due at the time of scheduling.  Payments are accepted via cash and credit card via Square Cash (preferred), Venmo, and Square.  Some insurance companies have Out of Network Benefits.  If you have these benefits, you will pay the session fee, and a "superbill" can be provided to you for reimbursement from your insurance company.

CANCELLATION:

Please notify me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel.  Cancellations or no show less than 24 hours results in automatic charge of full session fee. Future sessions will not be scheduled until payment is received in full.  By scheduling an appointment, regardless of signed documentation, you are verbally agreeing to this policy.
