Don't let stress and anxiety run you!  Learn the myriad of ways stress and anxiety shows up in thought, action, and in the body.  Learn skills to create more space of relaxation. Many treatment interventions are based in mindfulnesss-based practices, exercises, and Somatic Experiencing (R).
