BIPOC guided meditations

“We are wholly who we are when we are in a supportive space that allows all of us to arise.” - Dr. g

For BIPOC, you may find that you have to partition parts of yourself to be in space with others. This series of meditations is for us, for BIPOC at their intersections. Whether you are just starting or a seasoned meditation practitioner, Dr. g guides the session from a philosophy of beginner’s mind - letting go of knowing and holding an attitude of curiosity, openness, and suspending preconceived notions- and holds space for you to gradually cultivate a practice that fits for you.
